This photo was taken by Carleton Watkins. It is the Cathedral Rock in Yosemite National Park. Watkins had 130 negatives of places from Yosemite. His pictures, including this one, helped Yosemite to become a national park. I find this picture interesting because it is a part of nature and nature has always interested me.

This is a picture of Buzz Aldrin walking on the moon on July 20, 1969. It was taken by Neil Armstrong with a 70-millimeter Hasselblad. Neil Armstrong was known for being the first man on the moon, however, this picture is of the second man on the moon; Buzz Aldrin. This picture is intriguing to me because there aren't very many pictures taken by a person in space.

This is a picture of 11 men sitting 840 ft above Manhattan eating lunch. It was taken on the 69th floor of the GE Building as a promotional campaign. The photographer is unknown, however, Charles C. Ebbets, Thomas Kelley, and William Leftwich were all present that day. I find this photo interesting because it shows that these workers have no fear and you can see what Manhattan looked like in 1932.
